Welcome to my gallery and shop!
I've been a working artist for more than half of my life. Primarily, I am a prop shop artisan and a special effects technician in the film industry. The gallery has a sampling of some of the many fantastic projects I've been privileged to work on over the years. I am also a designer and maker of art, decor, jewelry, bar wares, and anything else that takes my fancy.
My space is too small for my shop
Don't be fooled, this is not my current shop, it's my bench from Godzilla. I would *LOVE* to have this much space right now. I'm working out of my house, with about a third of the space I ought to have, but I'm making it work. My laser cutter is in my living room - I now live in a people habitrail!
Where the magic happens
I have had an Etsy shop (KilkennyDesignStudio) since 2018 and have been working with CAD design and laser cutting since the 1990's. I currently use a Glowforge Pro. I have a short list of lasers (and other awesome tools!) that I'd love to add once I have more space.
