We made several sizes of these helmets and rocket packs. This was for the Emperor penguin. We had several mannequin penguins that we used for fittings. I never did get a picture of me fitting the actual Blackfoot penguins on stage.

Penguin rocket pack. Probably one of the most entertaining aspects of this job was getting to fit these onto the actual Blackfoot penguins used in the film.
